All readings, coaching sessions, and consultations with Nikki Novo Co. are for entertainment purposes only. This includes information obtained on www.nikkinovo.com, mysoulacademy.org, Nikki Novo’s social media platforms, Nikki Novo’s Mighty Networks group (Soul Collective), and Youtube channel.
No reading or coaching session given by Nikki Novo or her Soul Mentors is intended to, nor should it ever take the place of professional services including but not limited to: medical, legal, financial, business, psychological, therapy, and/or counseling.
Nikki Novo, Nikki Novo Writes LLC, Nikki Novo Co., www.nikkinovo.com , and www.mysoulacademy.org accepts no liability and/or responsibility for any actions or decisions any client chooses to take or make based on his/her reading or consultation with Nikki Novo or her Soul Mentors as well as content created by Nikki Novo or her Soul Mentors including but not limited to youtube videos, blog posts, and workshops on Soul Collective.
Anti-Harassment: Client acknowledges and agrees that verbal abuse and/or harassment of any kind towards Nikki Novo or her Soul Mentors is unacceptable and shall be grounds for Nikki Novo or her Soul Mentor to cease services immediately.
You agree to absolutely indemnify and hold harmless Nikki Novo, Nikki Novo Writes LLC, Nikki Novo Co, and their heirs, relatives, employees, subcontractors, agents, or assignees in perpetuity and throughout all known and unknown universes.
Copyright and Confidentiality laws apply. You agree you will not publish, share, display, distribute, and/or archive any material, photo, video, content, etc without written permission from Nikki Novo.
Social Media: You may share my content on appropriate social media outlets as long as appropriate attribution is given.

Payment Policies: Readings and coaching sessions must be scheduled and paid for in advance. Sessions may be cancelled with a 100% refund as long as written notice is given 48 hours in advance. Any session canceled without 48 hours notice and due to a non emergency is subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Intention of Material: No material on this website or in any course or program (digital and live) of Soul Academy Inc. or Nikki Novo Co. or on any social media platform of Soul Academy Inc. or Nikki Novo Co. is intended to, nor should it ever take the place of professional services including but not limited to: medical, legal, financial, business, psychological, therapy, and/or counseling.
